Shipping Rates
Interstate shipping (excluding Abuja and Lagos) is charged at a flat rate for orders weighing between 1–2kg. For orders exceeding 3kg, shipping fees will be calculated based on the total weight and destination, and communicated to the customer for payment before dispatch.
Kindly allow for 1-3 working days within Lagos and Abuja, 3-5 working days outside Lagos and Abuja, and 7-10 working days for International Shipping.
In the unlikely event you receive an incomplete, damaged, or incorrect order, notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
In the event of damage, please retain all packaging. We will ask for photos in order to submit a claim to our carrier.
While we try to maintain a constant stock of all of our items, we do sometimes run out. We will make every effort to update the website immediately to reflect this, but occasionally, orders do slip through. If this should happen, we will simply delete the out-of-stock item from your order, refund the purchase price of the item, and process your order as normal. We will also notify you by email.
